CleenPayAS Card — Terms
Demo storefront: Alpine Supply Co. · These terms accompany the CleenPay Card checkout demonstration.
The short version: the card costs exactly your order total, has no fees, never expires,
pays your order automatically the moment you buy it, and any unused amount is automatically
refunded to your payment card when the order closes. You can never lose value on it.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE APPLIED TO GIFT CERTIFICATES/GIFT CARDS
1 · What the card is
The CleenPayAS Card is a store gift card issued and sold by Alpine Supply Co. (the merchant). It is redeemable only for purchases from Alpine Supply Co. It is sold at checkout in the exact amount of your order total and is applied to that order automatically.
2 · Who is who
- Issuer: Alpine Supply Co. The card is the merchant's obligation, and your payment for the card settles to the merchant.
- Program manager: CleenPay. CleenPay operates the card program and checkout software. CleenPay does not hold, manage, or touch your money at any point.
3 · No fees, no expiration
- The card carries no fees of any kind — no purchase, activation, service, dormancy, inactivity, or redemption fees.
- The card and its funds never expire.
- The card auto-redeems: it is applied to your order in full the moment it is purchased.
- Any unused amount auto-refunds to the payment card you used, when the order closes. No balance is ever stored or carried forward.
4 · Limits
- Maximum card value: $2,000 per card per day. Orders above this amount use another payment option.
- CleenPay Card purchases are limited to $10,000 per buyer per day across the program.
5 · If a refund fails
If an automatic refund cannot reach your payment card (for example, the card has been closed), the amount remains yours. The merchant will retry the refund and contact you to arrange another way to return it. Unreturned amounts are tracked until resolved and handled as required by applicable state law.
